1° Concorso d’Arte “COLORI IN EMERSIONE” 2008-2009
L’idea del concorso we are going to present comes from deep desire to broaden the horizons of Expoarte, Art and Culture Network. It is an irrefutable reality the continued occurrence of unexplained situations within the art world: there are many artists in the possession of exceptional gifts, working with passion and great seriousness, which, despite themselves, find themselves on the margins of the circuits that matter.
Prize Colors surfaced "sets himself the task of giving space and voice to all those artists who work in the shadow of the art national and international circuits, emphasizing the quality, bringing to the attention of collectors and galleries , modernize the obsolete fees traditional through which they insist to operate blindly and detrimental to the Art itself.
In order to make this possible, the winners will receive visibility on a review of the field and the ten finalists will have the opportunity to put in a great collective art exhibition dedicated to them.

COMPETITION 2009
1) "Expoarte, Network for Art and Culture", in order to promote and enhance the art, is organizing the 1st Edition "on line" of the Concorso d'Arte "COLORS IN EMERGENCE".
The competition is open to all. The theme is free
Every artist, Italian or foreign, can participate with two works ranging in size from a minimum to a maximum 40x50 80x80,
is allowed every technique and artistic expression, (oil, acrylic, mixed media, drawing, watercolor , engraving, screen printing, lithography, drawing, cartoon, digital photography, etc ...)
2) The two works in digital format (. jpg, resolution, maximum width 600 pixels) should be sent by e-mail together with the form apposito alla pagina "Scheda di adesione", entro e non oltre il 30 ottobre 2008.
In questa prima fase non è richiesta alcuna quota di partecipazione.
3) Le opere inviate saranno sottoposte ad una preselezione, questo per garantire la massima qualità e la buona riuscita del concorso. Qualora non si dovesse raggiungere un numero minimo di partecipanti quantificato in almeno 35 unità, il concorso verrà posticipato a data da destinarsi. In tal caso tutti i candidati che avranno già inviato materiale e scheda di adesione saranno avvertiti a mezzo e-mail, ed inoltre la notizia del posticipo verrà bandita sul portale ExpoArt ( http://expoartcc.ning.com ).
4) Nella fase successiva, participants who pass the pre-selection process will be notified by the jury, within 10 days via email.
To contribute to the final selection, which will set out the winners of the award, agreeing to participate in the competition as finalists, they will be required to pay a fee for inclusion, necessary for organizational purposes.

All finalists and commended by the jury will be awarded diplomas of merit.
The award should not be considered as the purchase award winning work reported or retained by the author.
5) The portal http://expoartcc.ning.com after January 20, 2009, the results will be published with the minutes of the jury, the names of the finalists, the winners of the reported and the published works, with having to specify that the portal of Expoarte not be liable for any use that third parties could make copies of published su internet.
